Good question! People always ask us, "Where is Montserrat"? Or "How do you get to Montserrat?" Choose a flight from your city to the island of Antigua, and then book a 20-minute flight from there to Montserrat. Both airline and ferry service depart from Antigua, the neighbor island. The less expensive option is to book the ferry, a 90-minute ride across the Caribbean Sea. Note: Those of you who get sea-sick should keep in mind that most likely the ferry trip will effect you. A private Yacht is also available.

Ferry or Yacht
You may choose to enjoy a more leisurely fashion by taking the ferry, or sail into the island on your own private yacht.
The ferry service between Port Little Bay in Montserrat and Heritage Quay Pier in Antigua, operates between three to six days a week.
For the current ferry schedule, go to: www.jennytours.webs.com/howtogethere.htm
To contact ferry agents:
Roosevelt Jemmotte at (664)496 9912 or jemmotter@candw.ms
Jennifer Burke at: (268)722-8188/(268)722-9092 or jennytours@hotmail.com
Yachtsmen visiting Montserrat can anchor off Port Little Bay. To disembark, they can proceed to the Little Bay wharf and enter the Customs terminal. Advanced clearance can be made on the regional pre-arrival notification system called Sailclear. Visit www.sailclear.com
As an option, you may enter the information in the SailClear computer terminal at the entrance of the Montserrat Port.
Customs clearance is available on weekdays Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm. There is no charge for clearance, unless it's outside of work hours and weekends. For after-hours service requests, the port security would contact Customs Officers to facilitate mariners.
Once on Montserrat you'll want a car.
With your driver’s license you can get a permit for US$18/EC$50 from any Police Station and explore the island on your own. We'd be happy to arrange the rental or you may do so directly with any of the companies listed below.
